ORDERS ON GELS
Our sea moss gels are only made when ordered. The process it requires to craft will take 1-2 days before your gel is shipped.
SHIPPING
Shipping of sea moss gels will be on Monday – Wednesday to ensure a fresh delivery. A USPS tracking number will be provided when shipped
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us (kutropics@gmail.com) within 48hrs of receiving your product. Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
