We were born and raised in Jamaica, many of these plants and products were a part of our everyday life and source of our well-being. We consumed them to start our day, to heal our bodies, to be vigorous and also in times of festivities. Although we are not living on the island anymore these plants are still a part of our everyday living and healing.
